  4. You'll need the following Windows System Files:

  6. VB40032.DLL,
  7. OLEPRO32.DLL, 
  8. MSVCRT20.DLL, 
  9. MSVCRT40.DLL,
  10. VEN2232.OLB.

  12. This utility will convert the packed data from Red Alerts
  13. maps, and make it into a 8-bit hex sequence.

  15. For example: (example only, packed data is made up)

  21. Use Notepad or similar to get a string of that code:
  22. DQAAIII5AMsAAP7vH/+B/4AJAAAggf/+/h//gf+ACQAAIIH//v4f/4H/gAkAACCB//7+H/+B/4AJAAAggQD==

  24. Then paste it into the top text box of my utility, it'll put
  25. the needed hex into the bottom text box, you can resize the
  26. window to see more of this bottom box. You can then paste this
  27. into notepad if you want and print it to compare between modified
  28. mappacks.
